JURISDICTION AND VENUE

SHARING YOUR DIGITAL DOWNLOAD IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED
This will result in your access being immediately revoked and your payment will be forfeited. You will be held liable for damages to Infinity Brand Design.

We follow the FTC's rules surrounding endorsements and testimonials. As such, all endorsements or testimonials were received via text, audio, or video from a real person about their personal experience. Individual results may vary. Testimonials are not an indicator that you will have the same results.
COMMUNITY ACCESS
Some of our Products also contain access to a private Facebook group (the “Private Groups”). Infinity Brand Design is not liable for nor does Infinity Brand Design endorse the information shared amongst community members in the Private Groups. Access to the Private Groups may be revoked at any time by Infinity Brand Design. The Private Groups are provided solely for your convenience and may be shut down at any time by Infinity Brand Design, with or without notice. The closing of a Private Group is not grounds for a refund of any kind. The Private Groups are provided strictly as free bonuses to the course.You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members of the Private Groups. You understand and agree that any contact, whether online or in-person, with any participant, is done solely at your own risk. Infinity Brand Design disclaims any and all liability for any interactions between participants and you expressly hold Infinity Brand Design harmless for any such interaction.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY
Infinity Brand Design respects your privacy and insists you agree to respect the privacy of Infinity Brand Design and all other members of the Service ("Participants"). Any confidential information ("Confidential Information") shared by the Participants or any Infinity Brand Design’s representative is confidential, proprietary, and belongs solely and exclusively to the disclosing party. All Parties agree not to disclose, reveal or make use of any Confidential Information or any transactions, during discussions, in the Private Groups, or otherwise. You agree not to use such Confidential Information in any manner other than in discussion with other Participants. Both Parties will keep Confidential Information in the strictest confidence and shall use the best efforts to safeguard the Confidential Information and to protect it against disclosure, misuse, espionage, loss, and theft. You agree not to violate Infinity Brand Design's publicity or privacy rights. Furthermore, you will not reveal any information to a third party obtained in connection with these Terms of Use. By purchasing the Product, you agree that if you violate or display any likelihood of violating this Agreement, Infinity Brand Design and/or the Participants will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations to protect against the harm of such violations.
ACCESS MAY BE REVOKED AT ANYTIME
Infinity Brand Design reserves the right, in its sole discretion to revoke access to the Product at any time. Infinity Brand Design also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to revoke access to the Product without providing a refund if any content has been copied or used in an unauthorized manner. This includes copying the concept or creating a competing product using the information learned from the Product. Infinity Brand Design reserves the right to pursue damages for unauthorized use of Product materials.
MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE
Infinity Brand Design reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Product (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Infinity Brand Design will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Product.
EQUITABLE RELIEF
You acknowledge and agree that in the event of certain breaches of the Terms of Service, Infinity Brand Design may suffer irreparable injury, such that no remedy at law will afford it adequate protection against, or appropriate compensation for, such injury. Accordingly, you agree that Infinity Brand Design shall be entitled to any injunctive relief, without having to post a bond, as may be granted by a court of competent jurisdiction.
PAYMENT PLANS
Access will be revoked without a refund to any course or digital download that a customer does not complete a payment plan or subscription payments on schedule.
REFUNDS
Due to the digital nature and immediate access you receive to Brand Soulution's and Infinity Brand Design's products, all sales of eBooks, templates, spreadsheets, PDFs, courses, subscriptions, FG Funnel templates, Canva templates, ThriveCart templates, workshops, and memberships are final unless otherwise stated.

WHAT DOES LIFETIME ACCESS MEAN?
You'll have lifetime access to the Product you are purchasing for as long as the Product exists. If the Product you purchase is retired (discontinued), you will no longer have access to it. Infinity Brand Design cannot guarantee that notice will be provided prior to discontinuing a Product.
